Job Overview

Drive the growth of YSM by identifying new business opportunities and building lasting client relationships. You will present our full suite of corporate services, tailor proposals to client needs and work closely with our service teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and leads
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients
  • Present YSM’s corporate services and tailor proposals to client needs
  • Achieve sales targets and report on pipeline performance
  • Collaborate with service teams to ensure smooth client onboarding

Requirements

  • Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
  • 3+ years’ B2B business development or sales experience
  • Knowledge of the corporate or professional services industry preferred
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve results
