Payroll administration
- Maintain confidential payroll file for each employee
- Processing payroll calculation on bi-monthly or monthly basis
- Preparation of gross to net salary and applicable CPF, CDAC, MBMF, SINDA or ECF contributions
- Process bonuses, any ad-hoc payments, no pay leave and expense claims
- Salary disbursement to employees via bank GIRO transfer
- Provide detailed payroll report for management’s review
- Prepare and submit ad-hoc statutory claims such as national service, maternity, childcare, IR21 and other related forms
- Compute & disburse salary and reimbursements
- Provide printed or electronic pay advice
- Process increments and bonuses
- Process claims from National Service men (Ministry of Defence) for staff on reservist training
- Prepare annual Form IR8A
- Provide payroll reports for management’s review monthly / annually
