Join our corporate secretarial team to help a diverse portfolio of clients stay fully compliant with the Singapore Companies Act and ACRA requirements. You will manage statutory records, prepare resolutions and handle filings, acting as a trusted point of contact for directors and shareholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain statutory registers and records for a portfolio of corporate clients
- Prepare directors’ and shareholders’ resolutions, minutes and notices
- Handle incorporations, striking off and changes filed with ACRA via BizFile+
- Ensure timely filing of annual returns and statutory deadlines
- Liaise with clients, directors and government authorities on secretarial matters
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Corporate Secretaryship or a related field
- 1–3 years’ experience in a corporate secretarial role (preferred)
- Familiarity with the Singapore Companies Act, ACRA and BizFile+
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Good command of written and spoken English
