The Portfolio Management Agreement is based on a “Limited Power of Attorney” whereby the client authorized YSM to manage, on his behalf, the assets deposited with the client’s bank account. YSM does not hold any assets on the client’s behalf nor is YSM entitled to transfer any funds or securities to any third party or withdraw any money, other than its fees.
